OUR PHILOSOPHY

Each new project presents an opportunity to be unique, but our approach is systematic and consistent. We strive to create long-term relationships with clients based on mutual respect and a track record of successful results.

SERVICES

NCA Partners’ foundation consists of our commitment to quality, service and the professional values of responsibility and accountability. NCA Partners portfolio is broad in its range lending a flexibility of crossover experience that is hard to match

  • Master planning

Project objectives are analyzed alongside project aspirations to develop land / building use recommendations that merge functionality, order and useability with aesthetic sensibilities.  The end goal being a balance of the intended use and land sustainability.

  • Schematic Design/Design Development

Working through the client, we facilitate the conceptualization of project design goals and program expectations.  Our process helps guide the client’s vision and stays true to its intended purpose.

  • Construction Documents

Developing, refining and committing the clients design vision into construction drawings with the necessary details, specifications and contract requirements.   Code compliance and collaboration with civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural and landscaping are critical during this phase to create a complete and fully coordinated permit / bid set of documents.

  • Construction Administration

We act as the owner’s representative, dedicated to take a project from concept design to final punch list.  Shop drawing review, RFI’s responses and regular site visits ensure that the owner’s vision is created without compromise.

NCA is currently licensed in 24 states with another 14 on inactive status.  We are also a HUB business and a Minority Owned Business Enterprise.
